As interest in natural remedies for sleep improvement grows, Reishi mushroom (Ganoderma lucidum) has garnered attention for its potential sleep-enhancing properties. This research article investigates the effects of Reishi Before Sleep consumption before sleep on sleep quality and efficiency.
